About Me

I’m a late bloomer when it comes to art. In college, I once saw a student carrying a massive “History of Art” textbook and thought, no thanks. Years later, I find myself wishing I had opened that book. What changed? A trip to Paris in 2014—and a single moment in the Musée d’Orsay—sparked a curiosity that hasn’t let go.

Since then, I’ve made it a personal mission to experience Vincent van Gogh’s work firsthand. To date, I’ve seen 266 of his paintings across multiple museums and countries. Along the way, I’ve come to realize that art is about far more than what’s on the canvas. It’s about the artist, the moment in history, the influences, and the story behind the work. The more I learn, the more I see—and the more I want to understand.

I’m not an art historian or an expert. I’m simply someone who followed a spark of curiosity and found it transforming the way I see the world. Through this journey, I hope to serve as a guide for others—helping you slow down, look more closely, and discover what art might mean to you.
